Yogev, known to his friends as "Yogi", made his EuroBasket debut in 2011 and did not leave a great mark when he posted only 2.8 points-per-game and 1.3 assists-per-game, yet his breakthrough came right after that summer when he joined Maccabi Electra and was one of the key players in a team that came within a whisker of making it to the Euroleague Final Four. Since then Ohayon has established himself as one of the top guards in Israeli basketball. He is a lefty playmaker with impressive athleticism. He likes to attack the rim and always finds the open man. His shooting has improved but still requires more fine-tuning. Ohayon can be a defencive pest; on a good day can flirt with making a triple double as he is a very gifted rebounder and passer. After posting 9.4 points-per-game, 6.2 rebounds-per-game and 5.3 assists-per-game in the Qualification Round for EuroBasket 2013, this is his chance to make his mark on the main stage.
