Austria, Switzerland and Poland have enjoyed excellent starts at the U18 European Championship Men Division B in Hungary with each winning for the second consecutive time on Saturday.
The most convincing triumphs on day two were delivered by the Czech Republic and the Poles.
Jan Vesely exploded for 26 points as the Czechs rolled to a 107-71 victory over the Netherlands (0-2) while in the other Group A game, the Austrians followed up their narrow win over the Dutch with a 71-65 triumph over Montenegro (1-1).
Moritz Lanegger had 17 points, nine rebounds and two steals for Austria while Montenegro got a game-high 18 points from Filip Barovic in defeat.
In Group C, Poland improved to 2-0 with a 96-50 mauling of Belarus while England (1-1) bounced back from their opening day defeat to the Poles with an 82-69 victory over Portugal (0-1).
The Swiss have been raising eyebrows with their solid play so far.
They improved to 2-0 in Group B with a 75-69 win over Bosnia-Herzegovina (0-2) and Slovenia won their first game, 85-63 over Sweden (1-1).
In Group D, Denmark won 65-55 over Finland to leave both teams at 1-1 while hosts Hungary slumped to a second straight defeat, falling 73-63 defeat to Georgia (1-0).
