While Grigoria Pateraki only has limited experience at the professional level after three seasons in the top flight of Greek basketball with Ano Liosia, Coach Missas knows she has big potential and could develop into an important member of the senior team in years to come. Still only 17-years-old, it is likely that EuroBasket Women 2011 could just come too soon for the forward and she will do well to make the final cut. Nevertheless, she knows what it takes to play for her country after securing a bronze medal at the U18 European Championship Women last summer. Meanwhile at club level, Pateraki helped Ano Liosia clinch the Greek U20 Championship as well as playing for the first team.
