Having obtained a double-digit advantage already in the fifth minute of the game, the Germans held a big lead throughout the remaining 35 minutes behind great play inside the paint, where they outscored the opponents 52-32.
Philipp Neumann had 24 points, Daniel Theis scored 17, while Dennis Schroder chipped in with 11 for Germany, who made 58.3 percent of field goals.
Giannoulis Larentzakis had a team-high 20 points for Greece, while Anastasios Antonakis collected 17 points and six assists.
Germany improved to 2-1 after the victory, while Greece are now 1-2 after the loss.
The Germans will meet Russia in the next game on Tuesday, while Greece will test one of the tournament favourites, Serbia.
