Belgium won while giving some rest to their key players on Tuesday in the last game of the day at the University Sports Hall.
After dominating Greece, 52-26, the undefeated Belgians will now play to secure first spot in Group E of the U16 European Championship Women.
Greece only made it hard for the Belgians during the first quarter, when they submitted them to a high pressure defence.
But as soon as they gave some space to the Belgians playmakers, Greece lost control of the game and was already three points down at the end of first quarter.
The Greeks found it hard to score starting in the second quarter, and while Belgium was rotating their players and distributing shots amongst all of them, Greece's defensive efforts did not prove good enough.
Loes Breughe and Kyara Linskens were the best performers for Belgium, with 11 and seven points respectively.
Meanwhile, the most prolific Greek scorer was Kleanthi Oikonomaki, pouring in six points and grabbing seven rebounds.
Belgium will face Russia on Wednesday in a clash of the tournament's only undefeated teams, while Greece is already thinking about the classification games for 9th to 12th place.
