After spending her whole career with her hometown club in Vrsac, the playmaker switched to the capital and has spent the last two seasons working with Coach Maljkovic at Partizan Galenika winning trophies. Considered by many as the leading point guard in the Serbian League, Radocaj also impressed in EuroCup Women last season. She is bidding to step out at her third EuroBasket Women tournament, having played in 2007 and 2009. Asides from her creativity and passing ability, she is also an excellent rebounder for her position and a very capable defender too. She had a really mixed shooting display during qualification by making an excellent 59% of her shots inside the three-point line but a stone cold 0-of-15 from beyond it. If she can make a few triples in France and maintain her accuracy nearer the basket, she will be an even bigger presence for her team offensively. She led the team in assists last summer with an impressive 4.1-per-game.
