Dexia Mons-Hainaut have a good chance to make it to the EuroCup Final Four and it is without any doubt that Chris Finch deserves a lot of credit for their performances so far this season.

FIBA Europe sat down with the Dexia and Great Britain coach for a rapid Q&A on habits, ‘ejections' and chocolate...

FIBA Europe: Hi Chris. What's the first thing you think about when you get up in the morning?

Finch: Usually, I'm thinking, `have we covered everything we need to cover for that week's game? Where are we vulnerable?'

FIBA Europe: So it's eat, drink and sleep basketball, then?

Finch: Yes (laughing).

FIBA Europe: What's been the best movie you have watched of late?

Finch: I saw No Country For Old Men. It was extremely violent, but it was well done.

FIBA Europe: What's been your most embarrassing moment on the basketball floor?

Finch: Apart from a couple of ejections, hmm, well, the most embarrassing was when I was ejected from the final in the first quarter, my first year here in Belgium. We (Bree) won the game, though. It was partly my fault, partly the ref's. I got two quick technicals and was gone!

FIBA Europe: If you could have any car to drive to work in, what would it be?

Finch: It would have to be something like an American pickup, an F150, something that's big and roomy.

FIBA Europe: The US presidential elections - would you like to vote for Hillary Clinton, Barack Obama or  John McCain?

Finch: I'm leaning towards McCain, but I like a lot of the energy Obama brings.

FIBA Europe: You talk about Obama like he's a player in your team.

Finch: (Laughing) Yes.

FIBA Europe: Which country makes better chocolate, Belgium, Switzerland, the United Kingdom...

Finch: I never liked chocolate before I moved here, and now I eat it all the time, so I'd have to say Belgium.
