The following players were voted by media members in Sweden to the Eurobasket 2003 All-Tournament Team:

 

Guard: Sarunas Jasikevicius
Jasikevicius led the tournament in assissts, led Lithuania to the European Championship title, and was a unanimous selection as the 2003 Eurobasket MVP.

Guard: Tony Parker
Eurobasket 2003 was tough for the 21 year-old captain of the French national team. Despite a stellar performance, he was unable to guide France to a medal or a 2004 Olympic berth.

Forward: Saulius Stombergas
Saulius Stombergas turned back the clock at Eurobasket 2003, reminding fans of the form he displayed when spearheading Zaligiris Kaunas' run to the 1999 EuroLeague title. He had 2 huge games against Germany (28 points) and France (22 points) which were key factors in Lithuania's eventual title.

Forward: Andrei Kirilenko
Although he could not take Russia to higher than 7th position, Andrei Kirilenko reminded all European fans of the kind of dominance he is capable of. He led Russia in points (23.2ppg), steals (3.5spg - no.1 in the competition), blocks (2.2bpg - no.1 in the competition) and also pulled down 6.8 rebounds per game.

Center: Pau Gasol
Gasol could not hide his tears after Spain's loss to Lithuania in the final. Nonetheless the Memphis Grizzlies star had a huge tournament for the Spanis. He led all scorers at 25.8ppg, pulled down 7.5rpg and blocked 1.7 shots per game.
