Florence Lepron, the excellent shooting guard, exploded for 21 points, surpassing her previous high of 18 in the tournament, to lead the French to a 72-57 triumph although Fatimatou Sacko, Julie Barennes and Yvette Assilamehou also provided invaluable contributions. |

France stormed into the final of the A.C.I. Trading Limited U20 European Championship Women in Brno on Saturday with a 69-44 demolition of Greece.
The Greeks were a determined bunch but eventually caved in against the powerful French, who got a game-high 22 points from their 19-year-old forward Julie Barennes. |
