24 Seconds With Arnaud Guppillotte

After three successive wins in the Preliminary Round and his team receiving some rave reviews, French Coach Arnaud Guppillotte has plenty to be happy about on the court.

Now preparing his players for the Qualifying Round, the French play-caller took some time out of his busy schedule to speak with FIBA Europe. 

FIBA Europe: What was the last film you saw?
Guppillotte: Star Wars

FIBA Europe:If you were only allowed to visit one website for the rest of your life, what would you choose?
Guppillotte: (of course)

FIBA Europe: What is your favourite memory on the court and also off the court?
Guppillotte: Third place in last years Olympic Games Finals and watching USA and Spain

FIBA Europe: What do you miss most about being away from home?
Guppillotte: My daughter and my wife

FIBA Europe: What is the one thing that you can not do without?
Guppillotte: Reading boooks

FIBA Europe: Who is your idol?
Guppillotte: Martin Luther King and Barack Obama to try to help change the world

FIBA Europe: If you were invisible for one day, what would you do?
Guppillotte: Go into the opponents locker room before the game to see their strategy

FIBA Europe: What do you enjoy most when you are on the court?
Guppillotte: Pressure

FIBA Europe: Have you got any pre-game rituals?
Guppillotte: Yes always music before

FIBA Europe: What is your favourite food?
Guppillotte: Pasta

What does basketball mean to you?
Guppillotte: It is my passion
