After winning the opening two games in the tie at home, Polkowice fell twice at Gdynia to leave the series knotted at 2-2.
Javier Fort's side led by four points going into the last frame but was outscored 25-14 and lost the Game 5 decider, 72-65.
The game was one of the best of the season to watch because the atmosphere in the arena was spectacular.
"The fan support was amazing and very important," Zoll said.
"I will remember these games forever."
Polkowice president Krzysztof Korsak, who called Zoll "amazing" and announced that the club had signed her to a two-year contract extension, said women's basketball was a big winner because the semi-final had been a great event.
"There was a lot of emotion," he said.
"Lotos was an equal partner and together we created a magnificent spectacle.
"Today is a very happy day for Polkowice basketball."
Jolene Anderson's 21 points paced Gdynia.
Next up in the finals for Polkowice is a showdown with Wisla Can-Pack Krakow.
Jose Ignacio Hernandez's Wisla swept Energa Torun, 3-0, to reach the title series.
