At only 19-years-old, Olivia Tomialowicz has been one of the most interesting Polish prospects for a couple of years. Olivia first made a name for herself in the summer of 2006, with the Poland U16 national team, where she exploded during the final round of the European Championship, leading all scorers with 21.6 points per game. Poland only finished sixth, but this all-around guard served notice that she could be a force in years to come. She than played the next summer with the U18 team, averaging 5.9 points per game though she was one of the youngest players on the team. At the 2008 European Championship Women, she finished as the competitions fifth leading scorer, averaging 17.5 points per game. Last season, if she didn't play much in the EuroLeague Women, she got her chances in the Polish league, averaging 4.8 points and 1.5 rebounds per game.
