Evanthia Maltsi nailed a three-pointer with three seconds remaining to earn Bourges a 65-62 comeback win over Halcon Avenida, maintaining her side's unbeaten EuroLeague Women Group B record in the process.

Down 62-58 with 2:44 remaining in the match, the hosts looked to be down and out, but they managed to tie the game at 62-62 going into the final seconds.

Greece international Maltsi then administered the killer blow, sinking a long-ranger from downtown to secure her team the victory and finish with a personal haul of 24 points.

It was a one-woman show for Bourges, who now have a 6-0 record at the top of the group.

Maltsi, a newcomer at Bourges this season, was the only player from the home side to make it into double figures - Vicky Hall and Celine Dumerc added eight points apiece.

The visitors from Salamanca led 23-19 at the end of the first quarter and then 52-50 at the end of the third quarter, before blowing their lead at the end.

Nicole Powell (21 points and five rebounds) and Nicole Ohlde (18 points and six rebounds) were their stand-out performers.

The Spaniards now have a 2-4 record.
