For the third time in 10 days, Bourges Basket has defeated Mondeville.

Bourges previously beat Mondeville in the EuroLeague Women Eighth Finals to advance to the quarters.

Domestically, Bourges continued their domination over their French opponents with 79-60 triumph over the weekend.

Leading by six points going into the final period (57-51), Endene Miyem put the came out of the reach as she scored seven consecutive points.

The Bourges' defense also stepped up, limiting Mondeville to eight points in the final quarter.

Bourges hit 59% from the field with Cathy Melain (19 points) and Celine Dumerc (18 points) leading the scoring.

USVO remain in first place as they had no problems overcoming neighbours St Amand by a comfortable 23-points after outscoring them (41-17) in the second and third period.

Villeneuve won on the road against Challes-les-Eaux (76-70) to remain tied with Bourges in second place with a 15-4 record, one game behind USVO.
