It's been a rough couple of seasons for Krawczyk in terms of her shooting percentages, but the fact that she is still in the mix for a place on the final roster speaks volumes. It clearly highlights the trust and respect which Coach Vincent has for her and how her character both on and off the court is built for the rigours of tournament basketball. Indeed four years ago, she headed to EuroBasket Women as a bench player, but impressed sufficiently to grab herself a berth in the starting five by the time the final arrived and France topped the podium. A powerful guard earlier in her career, Krawczyk has moulded herself into a capable small forward, although a serious knee injury three years ago has threatened to take its toll. She knows what it takes to be successful since she has won trophies both in the country of her birth with Lotos Gdynia and also more recently with Bourges.
