A full house in Pecs watched the home side comfortably beat French visitors Bourges by 20 points. The win firmly establishes Pecs as a threat to repeat their 2004 EuroLeague Women Final Four appearance and moves them into the top spot in Group A with a 9-1 record.

Pecs simply outclassed their opponents on the night on the offensive end. They shot 55% from the floor and had 22 assists on their 32 made baskets.

Top performer for Pecs was undoubtedly Albena Branzova. The Bulgarian center was everywhere for the home side. She racked up 10 points, 2 steals and 2 blocks in the first quarter alone and had 17 points by halftime. She finished the contest with 24 points on 9/10 shooting and made all four of her three-point attempts.

Bourges struggled to keep up with the high tempo set by the home side. Pecs opened the game with a 5-0 run and never trailed.

After 12 minutes Pecs' lead had reached double figures and Bourges' hopes for a win were effectively over.

Dalma Ivanyi dished a game high 9 assists for Pecs and Andrea Károlyi had 17 points.
