Bourges clinched their sixth win in Group D of the EuroLeague Women with a 77-60 triumph over Frisco Sika Brno in France on Wednesday night.
Pierre Vincent's team, looking to finish with a top-two spot to secure home-court advantage for the first round of the play-offs, will take on Beretta-Famila Schio next week in a battle that could determine second place.
Schio (5-3) go up against Nadezhda (4-4) on Thursday night.
Endene Miyem made nine of 12 shots and poured in 22 points for Bourges, who trailed 13-12 midway through the first quarter after a lay-up by Jelena Skerovic but then went in front to stay after two Maja Miljkovic free-throws and a Miyem jumper.
Brno had already been eliminated from play-off contention but they battled and kept it close.
Bourges went on a 10-4 run to close the first half, though, with Miyem and Emmeline Ndongue each contributing four points in the spurt.
That gave them a 40-29 advantage and when the second half started, Bourges delivered the knockout.
Ndongue made a jumper, Miljkovic a lay-up and Miyem hit another jump shot for a 46-29 lead.
Their lead never dipped below 10 the rest of the way.
Cheryl Ford had another monster game for Brno with 19 points and 21 rebounds, though the American center also turned the ball over a game-high nine times.
