The Ukraine power forward erupted for 31 points and an incredible 27 rebounds yet her team still suffered an 82-79 defeat.

With the contest knotted at 78-78 just 53 seconds from the end, the Czech Republic's Lenka Bartakova made two free-throws to give her team the lead for good.

Ukraine's Olha Maznichenko, who had a game-high 33 points, then turned the ball over and Ukraine sent Petra Zaplatova to the charity stripe.

She made no mistake to help her team secure the victory.

Ukraine looked to be in a good position as they led 59-46 midway through the third quarter.

But led by hot-handed Ana Hanusova, who had 11 of her team-high 31 points in the final quarter, the Czechs got back in the game.

Alina Iagupova committed 17 of Ukraine's 38 turnovers.

Ukraine outrebounded the Czechs 59-36.
