This 21-year-old playmaker remains a promising prospect and already has a silver medal in her collection after gaining success as MVP of the U16 European Championship Women back in 2006. She does have experience playing in major tournaments for the senior Natonal Team, having grabbed herself a place on the bench at EuroBasket Women 2009. A very physical point guard, Bartonova isn't a prolific scorer but contributes in all areas of the game and is always active on the court. With an excess of energy, intensity and aggression at both ends of the court, she is more than a useful role player who should again be considered for selection. She also now has gained valuable experience in EuroLeague Women with USK Prague.
