Although she is a complete newcomer to the senior team, Ondrejova has represented the Czech Republic at the cadette level in 2001 and the youth level in 2004 and 2005, averaging 12.6 points and 6.9 rebounds per game in the latter. She is one of the young contenders that are expected to replace the “dream generation” of Czech basketball when that time finally comes but for the moment she can only try to gain experience. She had a decent 2006-2007 league season for Hradec Kralove, averaging 5.6 points and 3.0 per game. The 22-year-old plays the accordion, studied at an art school for nine years and wanted to be a skier. But in the end basketball won out.
