Bosnia-Herzegovina coach Mensur Bajramovic has revealed he will step down from his post if he is asked to following a disappointing EuroBasket campaign.
Bajramovic's team was knocked out of the competition in the preliminary round having finished at the bottom of Group C after defeats to France, Greece and Slovenia.
And he accepts a change may be inevitable - although he is keen to remain in place.
"In my head nothing has changed," Bajramovic said.
"I could walk away from the team, and if someone tells me there is someone else to take over my position then I will leave.
"But we need to continue this process, and give more time to the young players. They are the future of this team.
"We need to find space for players like Nedzad Sinanovic of Real Madrid."
