He has been called for the preparation to replace injured Ilija Stankov. At 23, he is the leader of Rilski Sportist Samokov. After two seasons with Tcherno More Varna, he joined the club in the summer of 2003 and had an immediate impact (18.4 ppg in the domestic competition in 2004). Last season, he remained in form and confirmed his offensive talent, averaging 17.9 points per game (7th). Despite his efforts, his side finished with the worst record of the league (3-25). He was a member of all Bulgarian youth teams. In 2000, he made the Under 18 European Championship (5.1 ppg and 2.0 rpg). In 2002, he took part in the qualifying round of the Under 20 European Championship (7.3 ppg and 2.3 rpg).
