Maxima Broker Kosice won for the third time in as many games in Wednesday's triumph at Beretta Famila to continue their unbeaten start to the EuroLeague Women.
Sidney Spencer tore apart the Schio team with 25 points and Liron Cohen weighed in with 18 in a 76-60 victory.
Germany international Linda Frohlich contributed 11 points and seven boards for Kosice, who lead Group D, while the Italian outfit dropped to 1-2.
Schio led 28-21 midway through the second quarter but the Slovakian team stormed back with two Frohlich free throws sparking an 11-0 run.
The home side was dazed, and though they briefly reclaimed the lead at the start of the second half, Kosice were far more impressive and outscored them 22-9 in the third quarter to take command for good.
Laura Macchi had 17 points for Beretta Famila, who were out-rebounded 43-34.
The visitors were 10 of 24 (41.6%) from long range compared to five of 17 (29.4%) for the Italians.
