Having spent a sizeable chunk of her career playing in the lower tiers of French basketball, the experienced guard returned home a couple of years ago and has impressed to force her way back into the reckoning for EuroBasket Women, some 11 years since her only major tournament appearance. The guard played for her country at the 2002 FIBA World Championship in China but has not featured since. But, with a number of veteran players missing from the backcourt, the combo skills of Zemantauskaite could be utilised once again. She is a player who is capable of delivering incisive passes for her teammates, or making plays herself. She could be a useful asset at both ends of the floor since she can score, as evidenced by her production in the Lithuanian League. However, defence is very much her calling card.
