|Andraz Rogelija and Slovenia had little problems with Austria as every Slovenia player scored in the win|
Slovenia's defense restricted Austria to just 26 points in the first half as they dominated their Group B game in Strumica, FYR of Macedonia.
"We wanted to play a good 40 minutes, without any ups and downs. We achieved it and now we have our second win. Our plan now is to win the third game and secure our quarter-final place," said Milos Sporar, head coach of Slovenia.
Ziga Zatezic top-scored with 19 points and added 4 steals. Aleksej Nikolic contributed 12 points, 6 assists and 4 steals.
The Netherlands joined Slovenia at 2-0 in Group B with a 76-65 win over Finland. Jaron Dijkhuizen scored 21 points and grabbed 14 rebounds for the Dutch team. Ozan Odabasi top-scored for the Finnish team with 14 points.
Portugal were 41-20 ahead at half-time as they beat Cyprus 75-43. Isaias Insaly totalled 19 points and 14 rebounds in just 22 minutes for the Portugese team. Antreas Christodoulou top-scored for Cyprus with 15 points.
In Group A, Georgia rallied from a 5-point deficit to beat Luxembourg, Beka Darakhvelidze breaking a 67-67 tie with a three-pointer with 14 seconds remaining.
Darakhvelidze recorded a double-double (23 points and 12 rebounds) and received great assistance from teammate Nugzar Abuladze (21 points). Thomas Grün scored 27 points for Luxembourg.
In the other Group A game, England used a strong fourth quarter to record their second win, 63-43 vs Romania. Morayoninuoluwa Soluade contributed to an all-round England display with 8 points, 9 rebounds, 4 steals and 2 blocks.
In Group D, Belgium collected their second win and gave Denmark their second defeat, but after leading 31-21 at half-time, they faced a nervous final quarter as Denmark cut the lead to 5.
Denmark couldn't get close enough though, as Romain Boxus hit 8 of 12 shots and led Belgium with 16 points. Jonas Lund top-scored for Denmark with 14 points and he also grabbed 8 rebounds.
In the other game, Israel scored 103 points on 54% shooting, with seven players scoring double-digit points. Naor Sharon and Yochai Zuckerman led the way with 15 points.
Opponents Estonia couldn't cope with the barrage, trailing 85-44 after three quarters. Saimon Sutt led the Estonia scorers with 14 points.
In Group C, Switzerland were 55-54 ahead at the start of the 4th quarter, but scored 32 points in the last period to pull clear of Sweden, final score 87-73.
Arnaud Cotture registered a double-double with 23 points and 14 rebounds, as well as 5 blocked shots. Cyril Bächler added 20 points. Ludvig Hakanson led Sweden with 24 points and 7 rebounds.
Armenia beat the Slovak Republic, a 25-4 run in the third and fourth quarters breaking open the game after it was 30-29 at half-time.
Andrey Konstantinov led Armenia with 18 points, 15 rebounds and five steals. Sergey Polukhin also had a double-double with 11 points and 11 rebounds.
In the other Group C match, Hungary held Ireland's offense to just 15 points in the first half, winning the game 69-36. Zoltan Perl led the Hungary scoring with 11 points, Jason Carr led Ireland with 8.
