And it was Belarus, having gained promotion to Division A last year, who seized the initiative from the off and never looked back.
They stormed out to a 30-12 lead after nine minutes played and Rynkevich continued to terrorise Hungary's defense.
She had 18 first-half points as Belarus went into the break with a 53-25 advantage.
Belarus limited Hungary to just three points over the next nine minutes as they went on a 15-3 burst (68 28).
MiZo Pecs point guard Nora Kovats was the only Hungarian player to finish in double figures with 11 points.

Serbia 86, Belgium 62
A defiant Serbia progressed to the qualifying round of the U20 European Championship for Women as Group B winners after crushing Belgium 86-62 in a battle of unbeatens.
Miljana Musovic had a game-high 22 points for the victors while team-mates Jovana Rad and Adrijana Knecevic added 17 apiece.
The Belgians trailed 28-20 going into the second quarter but were outscored 14-6 over the next five minutes (42-26) and went into the break facing a 49 32 deficit.
Serbia landed another blow when they limited their opponents to just five points over the next five minutes to take a commanding 62-37 lead.
Belgium outscored Serbia 20-6 in the final quarter.
Despite defeat, Belgium will progress to the next round.
Serbia outrebounded Belgium 42 to 28.
