When it comes to experience, there is nobody with more on the Italian roster than Masciadri. She is a leader both on and off the floor, having spent almost her entire career in EuroLeague Women and playing for her nation - as well as a couple of campaigns in the WNBA. While her numbers may be declining, her influence remains strong and she is pivotal to the integration and evolution of many of the younger players on her team. That was underlined by the fact that no player was handed more minutes during qualification. She is more than happy to set an example on the glass and is always dangerous from long-range. She is a legend at Schio where she has spent more than a decade winning a multitude of titles and confirming her status as one of the leading lights of Italian and indeed European women's basketball.
