Beretta-Famila trailed at half-time but ended up blowing out Nadezhda 86-65 to put one foot in the EuroCup Women Quarter-finals.
The visitors from Russia gave the Schio team all they could handle early on and led 25-17 midway through the second quarter.
Elen Shakirova had 10 of her team-high 17 points in that impressive start for Nadezhda.
A Zhanna Gorodetskaya three-ball extended the visitors' lead to 30-21, but instead of pulling away, Nadezhda allowed the Schio team to hit back and trail 32-29 at the break.
Italy international Raffaella Masciadri began the comeback with a jumper and Mudju Ngoyisa followed suit before Masciadri struck again.
Point guard Elisabetta Moro then levelled the score at 32-32 with a three-pointer when play resumed.
With the game tied at 38-38, Masciadri knocked in a long-range shot and Kathrin Ress added a jumper for a five-point advantage.
Then Ngoyisa delivered the knockout punch with back-to-back jump shots for a commanding 49-38 lead.
Schio remained in front the rest of the way and eventually clinched a huge win.
Masciadri and Ngoyisa each had 21 points to lead all scorers.
