At the beginning of the game both teams were evenly matched. Kunin were more successful in the paint and the Swiss controlled the situation with triples. The score in the 5th minute was 13:11 (visitors scored three triples). The game stayed tight until the end of the quarter (25:24).

The second quarter was full of mistakes and inaccurate shooting. It took exactly 3 minutes and 20 seconds for the first points of this quarter, scored bz Valtteri Kaunisto. Then kunin was able to improve their defense and moving on the court. At that time Vid Zarkovic played well, assisted by Ondrej Soska and Ashley Champion, who stepped up and pushed the home team to a 13-point-lead (54:41).

The start of the last quarter belonged to Kunin in person of Ashley Champion, who scored 8 points in a row. The hosts increased the lead to 64:47. Fribourg kept making many mistakes and so Kunin's lead stayed stable at 22 points till the end of the game.
