Dijon Claim Consolation Win

JDA Dijon ended their unsuccessful EuroCup Group L campaign on a high note by making a stirring fourth-quarter recovery to defeat BC Kalev in a dead rubber on Tuesday night.

With both teams out of the running for qualification, only pride was at stake at the Palais des Sport Jean-Michel Geoffroy.

Monclar Hails Battling Kalev

JDA Dijon coach Jacques Monclar paid tribute to the tenacity of BC Kalev following his side's thrilling 75-74 Group L victory over the Estonians in the EuroCup.

Anthony Lux nailed two free throws with four seconds left, then made a vital interception in Kalev's final play as Dijon scraped home for their first triumph in three Round II games.
