Strength and consistency are the best qualities of Ivana Grubor. At just 23, she probably hasn't reached her peak on offense, but defensively she is already a force. She is also praised by coaches for her capacity not to turn the ball over. Though a bit small for her position, the Novi Sad native feels at home under the basket as a power forward. She can't jump very high but remains a very good rebounder because of her excellent timing and her strength while fighting for position in the paint. With Vojvodina, Ivana went to the finals of the Serbian Championship (in 2005 and 2006), the Adriatic League (2006) and the Serbian Cup (2007), but never came back with a trophy.
