Possessing the smarts that any coach loves, Kress gets the job done efficiently and has the added dimension of having the ability to convert from downtown in a big way and at key times. The ultimate team player, Kress has been a constant feature for Belarus during their recent run of success and nothing looks set to change. She has had major success at club level as well with a EuroCup Women win at Galatasaray (2008-2009) and a set of typically impressive season at Sony Athinaikos. Important defensively because of how she can read the game, she is often used in short bursts but is always considered an option at crunch time.
