A smart player able to adapt her game to the team's needs, Rynkevich is a good long-range shooter and a hard-worker. The 20-year-old was a starter for the Belarus youth team that won silver at the U16 European Championship in 2003. After finishing at the College of Olympic Reserve in Minsk, she decided to start her pro career in Nadezhda Orenburg where she mostly plays for the second team.
