Always an exciting prospect and one of the big hopes for Croatian basketball, Ante Tomic was truly catapulted into the limelight across European basketball when he was snapped up by Spanish giants Real Madrid. Since moving to Spain where he made an instant and impressive impact, Tomic has played in Euroleague including at the Final Four earlier this year. Before his time in the Spanish capital, he was the Adriatic League MVP while at KK Zagreb where he showed his full range of talents. Tomic started out as a guard which accounts for his advanced passing, ball handling and mobility on court. Last summer he finally played at his first major tournament with the senior National Team and is now tipped to push on and establish himself as one of the premier players on the team.
