Nika Baric got Slovenia back on the wining track and into the Quarter-Finals of the U18 European Championship Women 2010 tournament with a 57-42 win against struggling Serbia.

Baric, who was not available through injury for Slovenia's previous game, scored 18 points and grabbed four rebounds for the winners.

Serbia tried but never found the way to slow her down. Slovenia took their first double digit 17-6 lead in the game after she scored on the fastbreak at the end of the first quarter.

The other thing that Serbia couldn not find was their shooting touch - they missed all ten three-point attempts in the first half, the period when Slovenia built a significant advantage that were never to lose for the remainder of the game.

Ivana Brajkovic posted a double-double with 16 points and 15 rebounds for Serbia but it was not enough to overcome the Slovenian team effort.
