The co-operation between Jaka Klobucar and Jure Zdovc has a long history, starting back in 2008 in Union Olimpija and being upgraded later to the national team on two occasions. The relationship is rather specific. Even though Jaka has spent the majority of his career as a shooting guard, or even as a small forward on several teams for whom he has played, for Zdovc he has always been the playmaker. Knowing the situation, the story will be no different this summer. While it is clear from the way he handles the ball, that it is not his natural position, with his strong first step and solid penetration skills he usually finds a way to adapt to the role quite well. With his nice long-distance shooting touch, he is also a constant threat from beyond the arc and due to his size, his shot is also tough to guard for opposing guards.
