Alina Iagupova top-scored again for Ukraine (29 points), but she managed only two in the key third quarter.
Lithuania had more options offensively with six players scoring in double digits with Monika Grigalauskyte leading with 19 points.
Lithuania was active from the start and took an 8-0 early lead behind two triples by Neringa Skadaite and Laura Svaryte. They remained hot from beyond the arc as Ukraine's zone defense gave opportunities for wide open shots.
Alina Iagupova was cold during the whole first quarter missing her first eight long-range shots, but she scored 14 points in the second quarter including fourt three-pointers. However, Lithuania were more versatile offensively and went up 44-31 at halftime.
Svaryte's bucket off her own offensive rebound extended the gap to 20 points in the middle of the third quarter. Ukraine dug deep and reduced the deficit to 10 points, 47-57, with 2:54 to go in the third period.
But Lithuania changed gear in the fourth quarter and responded with a huge 19-0 run leaving no doubts about the winner.
