EuroBasket Women 2011

Marina Solopova is one of the rising stars of Women's basketball in Europe.

Her performances in EuroLeague Women with both VICI Aistes Kaunas and Good Angels Kosice won her rave reviews.

Now she is looking to transfer that red-hot form to the National Team as Lithuania try to sneak onto the EuroBasket Women podium and realize their Olympic dreams.

With all eyes fixed firmly on the men's team who will play on home soil at EuroBasket 2011 later this year, Solopova is intent on making sure the Women also grab their share of attention.
