Kuktiene is one of the bench players who can provide some productive minutes when the team leaders need a rest.  The 1.87 m small forward left Lithuania last summer at the age of 26 to try her luck abroad. She played solid basketball this season for Gospic, in Croatia, averaging over 12 points and nearly 4.0 rebounds per game in the EuroCup Women. Kuktiene can play both forward positions but is undersized at the four and isn’t quite as mobile or quick as a small forward. Nevertheless, coaches praise her good team spirit and value for the team in the practises and as a reserve.
