Donatas Motiejunas is back in the national team's training camp after a year off so he could prepare for his rookie season in the NBA. Although in 2010 and 2011, the 22-year-old power forward did not manage to make the cut, he is set to make his official debut for Lithuania in Slovenia. The first season across the pond was rather turbulent for Motiejunas, as he had to prove himself in the D-League before eventually earning a spot in the starting five for the Houston Rockets at the end of the season. Exhibiting a unique combination of height, quickness and skill, Motiejunas is one of the top European talents and will surely have a big impact, especially after the injury of Paulius Jankunas, which will give more opportunities to his younger compatriot.
