Serbia & Montenegro trounced Lithuania 101-68 in their Group F quarter-final match-up at the Ostchem U20 European Championship for Men.
Although boosted by the long-awaited return of Tadija Dragicevic from injury, Serbia & Montenegro struggled early on, trailing 16-11 with a little over three minutes left in the first quarter.
But a Nikola Petkovic dunk gave them the lead 28 seconds before the end of the opening period and sparked a 9-0 burst which put them in control.
Nikola Dragovic led Serbia & Montenegro with 20 points while Milenko Tepic added 11, and Branko Jereminov and Petkovic had 10 apiece.
Dragicevic had four points and three rebounds in a little over 14 minutes.
For Lithuania, Martynas Pocius had 20 points and Paulius Abramavicius 18.
