Latvia's women came from 13 points down in the fourth quarter and prevailed over Ukraine to
march into next summer's European Championships.
The Baltic side, fresh off their win over previously unbeaten Slovakia on Wednesday, trailed 75-62 but outscored their hosts 35-10 in the final 10 minutes to record a 97-85 victory.
Gunta Basko and Ieva Kublina eached poured in 29 points for Latvia.
Latvia split their two meetings with Slovakia, but clinch first place by virtue of an overall superior points difference in the games. They lost 91-86 in Kosice but on Wednesday in Riga triumphed 90-77.
The German and Lithuanian women clinched their places at the Eurobasket in Turkey. Germany claimed an 82-68 triumph over Belgium in Freiburg, while Lithuania were 80-78 victors at Hungary. Linda Frohlich and Dorothea Richter each had 16 points for the Germans, who
are back in the big tournament for the first time since 1999.
Romania, the only side to beat the Germans, can equal their record of five wins and one defeat in Group C if they prevail in their final match at Israel.
But Germany have a better point differential between the two sides in their head-to-head meetings.
Lithuania have won Group A with five wins and just one defeat.
