Estonia will be without Gregor Arbet for the additional European Championship qualifiers in August after the forward picked up a serious injury in training.
Arbet went down with a injury to his knee in the national team training camp in Finland and will require surgery.
Team doctor Kalle Poder Arbet has advised Arbet to rest for a month, ruling him out of the additional qualifying games that tip-off against the Czech Republic on August 19.
"I would have loved to be playing for the team," Arbet told SL Ohtuleht.
"But also I still don't have a contract for the next season. I was hoping to keep playing abroad and put myself in the shop window.
"I don't know if anyone will want me now - even if I recover."
Meanwhile, four Estonian internationals have agreed contracts with BC Kalev.
Andre Parn, Veljo Vares, Ardo Armpalu and Gert Dorbek have all opted to sign with the Estonian domestic champions.
Armpalu said: "BC Kalev seems to be the most professional club in Estonia right now."
