If there is one up-and-coming Estonian player to get excited about, it is definitely Veideman, who put together another stellar season for Kalev/Cramo after finishing last summer's EuroBasket qualifiers as the top scorer for the national team. Having always been somewhat of a prodigy of Estonian basketball, the 23-year-old shooting guard showed even more signs of growth during the 2014-15 campaign and was named the best Estonian player in the VTB League. An aggressive player who can get to the basket with ease, he has worked on his shot but still struggles with inconsistency. EuroBasket 2015 will be a big opportunity for him to get noticed abroad after fully proving himself on home turf in Estonia. The question now is whether he can live up to the pressure and deliver the same level of play on the big stage.
