Two summers ago Pasalic played one game at EuroBasket, which marked his debut in the national team jersey at age 26. The veteran playmaker got another opportunity with Bosnia and Herzegovina last summer in the 2nd Qualification Round when he averaged 2.8 assists despite only playing 12 minutes per contest. Pasalic makes his teams better by finding open team-mates, while hurting opponents from behind the arc with his specialty three-point shooting. He is coming off another good campaign with Aris Thessaloniki, where he led the team with 4.3 assists and ranked second on the team in scoring last season. For years Pasalic has been a starter for his clubs, but it his ability to adjust to playing off the bench that makes him a reliable back up, and gives Bosnia and Herzegovina depth at the point guard position.
