Arriving onto the international scene later in her career, Burgrova has been a permanent fixture on the Czech roster since 2010 when she debuted during her country's magnificent run to the FIBA World Championship for Women gold medal game. That seemed to give her the confidence to elevate her game and she is turning into a useful option offensively. She finished smartly in Turkey last year and with her ability to work endlessly for the cause, she is growing in influence, although sometimes her free-throw shooting can let her down. A talented shot blocker, good rebounder and willing to be aggressive in everything she does, her minutes per game have really reflected how she has adapted and grown into her role on the big stage. It has also been mirrored in much of what she has achieved at club level with ZVVZ USK Prague and their staggering EuroLeague Women success.
