Ros Casares avenged their defeat to ZVVZ USK Prague earlier in the season with an 88-69 victory in Valencia.
The Spanish team prevailed in the EuroLeague Women Group C game on Wednesday by a large margin yet it was anything but easy.
They trailed 51-49 midway through the third quarter after a jump shot by Markéta Bednárová for Prague.
Anna Montañana replied with a three-pointer and lay-up for Ros Casares and they stayed in front the rest of the way.
After Prague's USA international Lindsay Whalen closed the gap to 54-53 with 4:08 to go in the third quarter, Elisa Aguilar nailed a three-ball to start a 10-0 run for Ros Casares.
They were on top 65-55 at the end of the third and then ran away for a 19-point triumph over the final 10 minutes.
Delisha Milton-Jones had 19 points to lead Ros Casares and Amaya Valdemoro scored 11 and pulled in 10 boards.
Swin Cash scored 18 for Prague, who again played without Croatian center Sonja Kireta.
Isma Canto's Ros Casares are 5-2 in Group C while Prague are 2-5.
