EuroLeague Women winners Gambrinus Sika Brno have found a replacement for Valencia-bound DeLisha Milton.
The star center, who averaged a team-high 15.8 points in the EuroLeague last season, will be replaced by a fellow American, Sophia Young.
Young was the fourth pick in this year's WNBA draft and has signed a one-year contract from San Antonio Silver Stars.
"Young is a very good player - mostly in defense," said Gambrinus' team manager Jiri Hamza.
"We want to increase our power under the basket and a 185cm center like Sophia Young should be very good in that mission.
"She plays a different style of basketball to Milton, who likes to shoot three-pointers whereas Young likes to score from the paint mostly.
"She (Young) has very good movement though, which is very similar to Milton."
Young has an impressive record in steals in WNBA, averaging 7.5 steals in her 22 games, with a scoring average of 10.8 points.
