Ros Casares are confident they can bounce back from a road defeat in the EuroLeague Women for a second consecutive play-off series to reach the Final Four.

The Spanish team lost 65-55 at Gambrinus Brno on Friday to leave the quarter-final series knotted at 1-1.

Gambrinus Sika Brno beat Ros Casares convincingly on Friday to set up a do-or-die EuroLeague Women quarter-final clash in Valencia on Wednesday.

All nine players who saw action for the Czech juggernauts scored, led by Hamchetou Maiga's 15 points, in a 65-55 victory over Ros who lost for only the second time in Europe this season.

Ros Casares got huge performances from their American duo Delisha Milton-Jones and Katie Douglas and timely three-pointers from club captain Elisa Aguilar to beat Gambrinus Sika Brno in the opening game of their EuroLeague Women quarter-final series on Tuesday.

Milton-Jones had 26 points and Douglas 23 to lead Ros, while Aguilar's three-ball snapped a 44-44 tie midway through the third quarter and put the Spanish team on top for good, though the contest was not decided until the fourth quarter.

No team's path to the Final Four is easy once the quarter-finals arrive.

That fact is probably what's helping Ros Casares remain calm ahead of their last-eight tie with Gambrinus Sika Brno, the champions of two seasons ago.

It has been a long time since my last blog. My life has not changed too much and I think that's good because last year I was playing in finals and winning titles and this year, so far, it has been the same.

One of the best things to happen in my career was playing with the National Team last summer in Italy. Since the first day in the training camp everybody got along and we had so much fun on and off the court and when the team has chemistry it's hard to explain but everything comes together.
