EclipseJet MyGuide Amsterdam scraped an 83-81 win at Hapoel Jerusalem in Wednesday's EuroChallenge action.
Avis Wyatt led the Dutch outfit with 27 points and seven rebounds in their Group E triumph.
Israeli giants Hapoel led 60-59 at the end of the third quarter but were edged out by Arie Shivek's team over the final 10 minutes.
"It's a great win for us and for Dutch basketball," Shivek said.
"Jerusalem ran during the game but we controlled the rhythm and did what we wanted."
Teddy Gipson weighed in with 19 points and Orien Greene 14 for the winners, while Hapoel got 20 apiece from Sharon Shason and Timothy Bowers.
"The game wasn't too good for us as we started off badly and didn't recover until the last quarter," Bowers said.
"This is a big loss and we need to be better. They're a good team it's a part of the game."
Hapoel coach Guy Goodes, the former Israel international, felt his players may have felt the effects of a tough schedule.
"We knew that it would be a hard game," Goodes said.
"We're very disappointed but we know the players aren't robots and they're tired. We need to look forward, now."
